Partenord Habitat is a social housing organisation, managing a portfolio of more than 53.000 homes in the North part of France (region around Lille).  The organisation is dedicated to provide quality homes for the people in need of affordable rentals.

Their mission is to provide an appropriate, qualitative and sustainable response in terms of housing to households that cannot access private housing by developing an accessible housing offer. In a context of increased precariousness and inflation of housing prices, this mission, which moreover concerns an increasingly large proportion of the population and whose aspirations and needs are very variable, is more than ever essential to preservation of social cohesion, quality of life and living together. Our job as a social landlord consists of allocating housing, ensuring a pleasant living environment and improving the quality of service provided to our client-tenants.
