LiM- Living in Metropolises-European Housing Cooperative in new partnership
Community living specialist Village Co-Living and international affordable housing specialist LiM Living in Metropolises SCE (LiM) have formed a partnership focused on sustainable community housing. The partnership is based on a division of responsibilities where Village Co-Living, as LiM’s local partner in Finland, is responsible for project/community development and property management. LiM owns the property, is responsible for financing, and provides its international network of know-how for the project. The team has been approved to the City of Helsinki’s Re-thinking Urban Housing programme and is through that currently looking for a suitable plot for a joint project in Helsinki.
