Objectives Topic Group

The aim of the Social Housing Topic Group is to work together to help transform lives and communities for the better.  We focus on collaboration and projects that foster the social purpose of housing providers, access funding, and bring together different stakeholders to address common issues.

Themes Topic Group

This group will share ideas and best practice around a number of typical housing matters that are not addressed in any of the other topic groups but have an enormous interest and impact on our members.

Internationally, there are issues that are high on the agenda of all our members. In our topic group you can expect attention for themes like:

• Rent setting policies
• Maintenance
• Health and safety
• Property Management
• Customer Relationships
• Social Inclusion
• Social Impact

Projects and activities

This Topic Group will organize four events per year. The aim is to have three online events (webinar, presentation, forum discussions, workshop, etc.) and one in-person meeting/event. In person meetings can only take place if there is enough interest to meet and the minimum limit for an in-person event is set at 10 participants.
