Our name may still sound a little unfamiliar to some. After all, we have only been in existence since January 1, 2025. But behind the name WoonWest lies more than a century of experience: that of Wonen Wateringen and Wonen Midden-Delfland. All that time, we were independent housing corporations. We have become one organization in order to be stronger together. As a corporation, there are plenty of challenges to tackle these days. As one team, we can work more efficiently. Together, we have more knowledge and experience at our disposal. In short, the two of us are a robust organization with more clout.

With a total of 5,000 properties, we are still a smaller corporation. Small enough to remain close to our tenants, as always. Those tenants live in six centers in Westland and three in Midden-Delfland: Wateringen, Kwintsheul, ‘s-Gravenzande, Honselersdijk, Naaldwijk, Maasdijk, Maasland, Schipluiden, and Den Hoorn.
