Dr. Klein & Co enters EFL
The German/ Dutch financial broker Dr Klein & Co AG, based in Berlin, recently entered the European Federation for Living. The company is focused on supporting the german housing industry (social and private) by offering consultancy as well as brokery services for financial structuring and portfolio management solutions. In the Netherlands their subsidiary Hypoport BV is market leader in master servicing and reporting for securitization transactions. Options for further internalization are being examined and form part of the reasons to become associate of EFL.
The company can play a significant role in providing financing expertise within the EFL organisation and support initiatives of several EFL members to create a (joint) European housing portfolio.
