EFL Director on regional German Television

During a day filling congress on Friday September 23 in the German city of  Münster dedicated on discussing new opportunities to realize affordable housing and informing the audience about actual trends on the German housing market, two foreign speakers were asked to give their view based on the experiences in their own country. The Swedisch director of SABO (Swedish Association of public housing companies), Mr Kurt Eliasson, highlighted the system for public housing in Sweden and recent trends. The Dutch side was presented by Joost Nieuwenhuijzen, managing director of the EFL. The regional television WMTV interviewed him for giving his vision on the German housing market and what Germany could eventually learn from Dutch experiences.
