EFL grows above 1 Million homes with French Housing Group BATIGERE joining per 1/1/2018
As for the start of 2018, the French Housing group Batigere will join EFL as the newest member. With this addition, the total number of homes of the joint EFL members surpass the 1 Million across Europe.
Batigere manages a residential portfolio of over 155.00 homes across France. A large part of the housing stock is owned by Batigere itself or Action Logement.The groupstructure of BATIGERE consists of 17 Social Housing Enterprises, two intermediate housing companies, two cooperatives and one association present in 8 regions of the French national territory. The properties are situated in Ile de France, Pays de Loire, Nouvelle Aquitaine, Occitanie, Haut de France, Grand Est, Bourgogne Franche Comté and Auvergne Rhône Alps.
Today, the BATIGER’s ambition is to intervene where the needs are greatest, in tense areas to support communities by providing or developing appropriate responses to the issues identified.
