EFL Member Circle Housing and Affinity Sutton Agree to Progress Merger Plan
The Boards of Affinity Sutton and Circle Housing have approved a business case to merge and will now move forward with the merger process, including consultation with residents and key partners. The proposed new group will become one of Europe’s largest housing associations with 127,000 properties providing homes for nearly 500,000 people.
The coming together of Circle Housing and Affinity Sutton will enable the new group to deliver ambitious plans to help combat the country’s housing crisis and increase investment in local communities.
