Topic Group Finance & Investments provides deep insight in EIB Financing and Bonded Loans for social housing
On March 2nd and 3rd the Topic Group Finance and Investments gathered in Berlin. Michael Kogelschatz of the European Investment Bank (EIB) presented current programs and the increasing loan portfolio for the social housing sector.
On the second day, EFL member GEWOBAG from the city of Berlin provided the topic group members deep inside with attracting and receiving financing from the European Investment Bank , followed by a presentation of Gewobag’s experience with preparing and issuing bonded loans. In the afternoon, Hendrik Cornehl (Dr. Klein Firmenkunden) discussed an analysis of (re)structuring of loan and securities portfolios.
