As the financial director writes, “we have followed with interest the development and growth of EFL in recent times, and consider its mission and objectives to be strongly in line with our own areas of interest.  In particular, we wish to strengthen our connections with colleagues in housing associations in other European countries, sharing our experiences and learning from those of others”.

The new Dutch member is housing association ‘Van Alckmaer’, situated in the town of Alkmaar. This town is not far from Amsterdam. ‘Van Alckmaer’ is specialist in monumental and listed buildings, bringing in new expertise within the EFL network.
