Housing associations

We have built long-lasting relationships with our housing association clients, with some spanning over 25 years. We have a 97% retention rate. When surveyed, 93% of our clients are ‘very satisfied’ or ‘extremely satisfied’ with our services.

In the Netherlands we help 98% of the housing association sector with a diverse offering of proprietary software solutions and advice in the fields of forecasting, investment decision making and valuation.

Our software suite has one central pillar that is key to housing associations: the trade-off between financial returns and the wider benefit to tenants and society. Within this suite, our forecasting solutions support portfolio and asset management processes as well as budget planning and risk management. Our investment decision-making and valuation solutions use certified methods.

Our methodologies have been developed in-house and published in scientific papers. Our software is also developed and built in-house, using the latest technical possibilities and data driven techniques.

Building on our in-depth knowledge of the housing association sector, we also work for the Dutch national housing federation (Aedes), the Social Housing Guarantee Fund, the Housing Association authority and the Dutch Ministry for Housing and Spatial Planning.
