This coming October 1st-3rd, EFL member Bax is coordinating Europe’s largest event Positive Energy District (PEDs) in Milan. They’re expecting about 150 participants across research, industry, the public sector, and real estate, all working together to advance the replication of urban energy systems towards a climate-neutral, inclusive, and decarbonised Europe.
The conference will:
- Present key insights from more than 100 PED pilots in Europe
- Discuss the unique value and potential of PEDs
- Explore how to accelerate the uptake of PEDs across Europe

EFL invites you to London this October for two days of in-depth financial insights, expert presentations, and peer exchange at our Topic Group Finance & Investment meeting. This is a unique opportunity to connect with leading practitioners, researchers, and financial institutions shaping the future of affordable housing finance across Europe.

In this webinar RITTERWALD will focus on what can be learned from Germany in terms of increased institutional investment (pension funds, insurance companies, and investment funds). Among others, these themes will be addressed:
