Artificial Intelligence is increasingly permeating also the work and skill sets within the housing sector. Many people are wary of this development, and there are good reasons for this—reasons that are also widely discussed in other fields and require clarification for the future. At the same time, there is a great deal of uncertainty, and there is a lack of focused discussion about the possibilities that AI tools offer.
We’d therefore like to dedicate our Nice meeting to looking at the opportunities associated with AI for companies in the housing sector, specifically in the context of internal and external customer communication.
Together with experts and practitioners in this field, we will explore how internal and external target groups can be empowered to unlock and leverage the potential of AI tools—white coding, low coding, no coding, and other approaches to achieve this goal will be discussed in interactive sessions.
