Meeting content:
This session will concentrate on formulating robust decarbonization strategies and their corresponding investment plans. As part of our ongoing exploration of decarbonizing existing housing stock from a strategic and financial point of view, we aim to facilitate a rich exchange of methods, experiences, and practical approaches among participants.

We warmly encourage all attendees to bring a sample building or case from their portfolio to help illustrate their strategy formulation approach. This will support a hands-on discussion and allow for comparison of methods and outcomes.
