This November, EFL invites you to three inspiring days in Munich where innovation meets practice. We’ll dive into the fast-changing world of artificial intelligence and its impact on housing, business development, customer communication, and data management.

🔹 26 November – EFL Innovation Day
Kick off with international keynote speaker Ömer Atiker on “Desire, Delusion and Reality around AI”, followed by case studies from leading housing companies and service providers. Expect practical examples of how AI is transforming housing innovation, business models, and energy optimisation. Wrap up the day with networking drinks and dinner in the heart of Munich.

🔹 27 November – Topic Group Digitisation
Explore how AI can revolutionise digital customer communication. From use cases by housing companies to Gewobag’s DataBot, from practical tools to a hands-on workshop, you’ll get valuable insights and concrete takeaways for your own organisation. The day closes with a visit to the famous Munich Christmas Market and a shared dinner.

🔹 28 November – Excursion Day
Experience innovation live at the B&O Innovation Campus in Bad Aibling. A guided tour will showcase pioneering approaches in housing, construction, and digitalisation – the perfect way to conclude three days of inspiration and exchange.
