In the November edition of DW die Wohnungwirtschaft an article by Joost Nieuwenhuijzen and Peter Hoogeweg is being published. The article is about affordable living in the light of the European Green Deal. In the article, we take a look at sustainable projects of EFL members Eigen Haard and Woonzorg Nederland, and the Interreg NWE funded project CHARM. In this project, social housing organisations Woonbedrijf, Accord, Zonnige Kempen and Paris Habitat are executing circular demonstration projects.
