We are pleased to invite you to save the date for the EFL Conference 2026, taking place 3–5 June 2026 in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, generously hosted by EFL member Ortec Finance.Under the theme:“From Solving Housing Shortage to Urban Regeneration” this year’s conference will focus on what we as European housing providers, financiers and urban experts can learn from one another in times of increasing pressure on affordability, investment capacity and social cohesion.
The programme combines Dutch and European policy perspectives, financial expertise, academic insight and hands-on practice. Through keynote speeches, panel discussions, workshops and a site visit, we will exchange experiences on:
- Affordable housing delivery and financing models
- Risk management and long-term business planning
- Urban regeneration and social inclusion
- The future of European cities
As always, the EFL Conference is not just about listening — it is about connecting. It is a unique opportunity for peer exchange between members from across Europe and the UK, strengthening our network and shaping joint perspectives.
