Paris based housing association Domnis joins EFL
Per December 1st, the French housing association Domnis joins EFL. With a portfolio of 11.130 homes, including social homes for elderly people and students, we reached currently a total number of 26 housing providers from 8 countries.
The activity of the company DOMNIS aims to offer:
– A quality of service to the inhabitants of its buildings (86.4% of satisfied tenants, average in Ile de France amounting to 75% – satisfaction survey carried out in 2015),
– Effective local management,
– Solutions adapted to hospital staff as well as disabled and elderly people

As member or associate of EFL you get entrance to a unique network in the housing sector, offering opportunities for cooperation and doing business. Housing companies, both in the social housing and private sector can sign up as a member. Companies in the chain of value creation within the housing industry and development can apply for an asscoiated partnership. EFL is also open for scientific institutes and public organisations.
