Two new members enter EFL by January 1st 2020
The growth of EFL does not seem to stop. After a very successful year of growth with many inspiring and meetings and high-quality conferences, we immediately start the new year with two new members. In this case it concerns two housing associations from England and Ireland. Places for People, a holding of corporations and real estate entities, with a total managed real estate portfolio of 195,000 homes.Places for People is made up of more than 20 specialist companies. The company is a placemaker. It’s their mission to build sustainable communities that are for everyone, whatever their background and whatever their needs.
Furthermore, a smaller housing association from Dublin, Ireland, with around 2,400 homes. Housing association Circle VH. Circle Voluntary Housing Association was set up in 2003 to provide high quality social and affordable housing to families and individuals in the Dublin area. Circle VHA now operates over Dublin, Kildare, Cork, Tipperary, Waterford and Kilkenny providing both housing and facilities management services in its developments.
EFL has now grown with a total member-managed portfolio of over 1.3 million homes in Europe.
