The European Federation for Living (EFL) is pleased to welcome three new housing organisations to our growing European network. Their membership further strengthens our shared ambition to exchange knowledge, accelerate innovation, and contribute to affordable and sustainable housing across Europe.
We warmly welcome RLF (France), WoonWest (The Netherlands) and Choice Housing (Northern Ireland).
RLF – Paris, France
RLF is a French Entreprise Sociale pour l’Habitat with a strong presence in the Paris region and other areas including Gironde and Northern France. The organisation manages 11,779 homes across 203 residential complexes in 65 municipalities, focusing on providing quality social housing close to employment centres.

Through its social mission and long-standing expertise in housing management and rehabilitation, RLF contributes valuable experience in balancing affordability, service quality, and sustainability in dense urban contexts.
WoonWest – Westland & Midden-Delfland, The Netherlands
WoonWest is a Dutch housing association operating in the Westland and Midden-Delfland region, managing approximately 5,000 homes. The organisation is known for its strong neighbourhood focus and close collaboration with residents.

Choice Housing – Belfast, Northern Ireland
Choice Housing is one of the largest independent housing associations in Northern Ireland, providing around 14,000 homes and continuing to expand through new developments and partnerships.
