Yespark EFL’s newest associated partner
EFL is up to expand further. From the first of February Yespark will join EFL: A French start-up focusing solely on the digitalization and optimization of the parking vacancy of housing associations throughout Europe. EFL shows its growing importance within the European housing sector by letting digital start-ups in their portfolio.
Yespark has a portfolio of above 180 housing associations managing today more than 35 000 parking spots in France, Italy and the Netherlands. It’s their mission to digitalize the parking rental and management process of housing associations, and in optimizing the vacancy and security all while considering the tenants and public regulations.

As member or associate of EFL you get entrance to a unique network in the housing sector, offering opportunities for cooperation and doing business. Housing companies, both in the social housing and private sector can sign up as a member. Companies in the chain of value creation within the housing industry and development can apply for an asscoiated partnership. EFL is also open for scientific institutes and public organisations.
