Terres d’Armor Habitat, the leading public social landlord in Côtes d’Armor (Bretagne/ Brittany), results from the merger of the department’s two historical HLM offices: Côtes d’Armor Habitat and Terre et Baie Habitat, which have been working for 100 years to provide quality housing for all, young and old, active and unemployed, families and isolated people. An essential mission to preserve social cohesion and good living together.

The portfolio exists of roughly affordable 16.000 homes in north part of Bretagne.
