The Cluster Sustainable Real Estate (CSRE) was founded at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) in 2020, as an interdisciplinary platform for knowledge exchange based on TUM's tradition of generating discourse between academics and experts. Two equally important goals are being pursued: Internal continuing education for students of the TUM School of Engineering and Design in the form of student project work up to dissertations, and external professional education with certificates and soon a master's programme for talented future leaders in the real estate industry. With this offer, the cluster advocates an informed and responsible attitude in sustainable real estate practice. The aim of the education and training is to develop and publicly communicate innovative real estate business concepts that contribute to a more sustainable environment. We bring together selected executives from the real estate industry with outstanding researchers and students from TUM and create a positive impact on the environment, economy and society with this network.https://www.tum.de/en/
